Returns/Exchanges & Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy:

• Free shipping within Australia only
• Australia Post or Shipping/Courier company with Full Tracking: 2-6 business days.
• Items will be Shipped Immediately on the same or next business day
• Some areas may charge additional shipping costs or shipping may not be available. In this case, we will contact you before shipment with further details.

• Covered by 30 days return policy (including return shipping and handling period)
• All returns/exchanges must be accompanied with a proof of purchase
• All returns for refunds must be in unopened and in new condition (in its original box and packaging with all components and packing materials UNOPENED)
• All returns/exchanges must be previously discussed and agreed upon with Mitygo in writing
• All shipping & handling costs for returns/exchanges will not be covered by Mitygo, and all returning shipping and tracking details must be provided to Mitygo (sales@mitygodoorlocks.com.au) within reasonable time
   

Mitygo does not cover any of following:

• Misuse, including failure to use the product for its normal purposes or incorrect installation
• Cost relating to shipping, transport, removal or installation of the product
• Maintenance and repair or replacement of parts due to normal wear
• Damage caused by natural disasters, public disturbances, incorrect mains voltage, or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of Mitygo.
